Ms. Frase is a recent graduate of the University of Washington School of Law where she was the Associate Editor in Chief of the Washington Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. Ms. Frase received her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University where she graduated with the cum laude distinction.
During law school, Ms. Frase served as a Marten Law Summer Fellow with the Environmental Law Institute in Washington D.C. and a Law Clerk for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office assigned to the Department of Natural Resources.
Ms. Frase will be joining our Port practice and Environmental practice groups. “We are pleased to welcome Sara to our team,” said Les Reardanz, chair of the firm’s Port Practice Group and Navy Rear Admiral, Judge Advocate General Naval Reserves. Holly Stafford, chair of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group said Sara’s understanding of the practical needs of industries combined with her strong environmental law back ground will be an asset to our firm’s business and port clients.
In her free time, Ms. Frase enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her rescue dog, Sirius.
