Allison M. Beard
Associate
Allison’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and business transactions. She enjoys walking her clients through the estate planning process and effectuating her clients wishes for protecting assets for future beneficiaries. This includes drafting essential estate planning documents, as well as establishing guardianships for clients when necessary. On the probate side, Allison advises clients with regards to their duties as personal representatives for estates. On contested estates, Allison diligently assists her clients in Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA) cases to resolve disputes among beneficiaries, personal representatives, and creditors.
As part of the firm’s municipal and port practice groups, Allison regularly advises municipal clients with regards to Open Public Meetings Act and Public Records Act issues and assists clients with processing record requests efficiently and in compliance with state laws and regulations.
Allison was born and raised in Western Washington and joined the firm in 2019. Before starting her legal career, Allison played three years of Division I soccer at Saint Mary’s College and now enjoys playing on local adult league teams.
